How to request deletion

This action is permanent. Deleted account data cannot be recovered.

Email BoreMe at boremeapp@gmail.com with the subject line BoreMe Delete Account Request. We will process your request after verifying your identity.

What to include in your email

  1. The email address used for BoreMe sign-in, if any.
  2. Your device ID if you know it.
  3. Any purchase details that help identify your account, if applicable.

What will be deleted

Upon verification of your request, BoreMe will delete or de-identify account data and associated app data that can reasonably be linked to you, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, or compliance purposes.

What may be retained

Certain limited records may be retained where necessary for subscription reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or enforcement of our terms.
